  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Located near 30th Ave and Linebaugh Ave, The Cookie Nerd is a home bakery which operates in accordance with the Florida Cottage Food Law.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?​​

Mon - Sat 9AM - 6PM​

Sun CLOSED

  • WHERE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE DO YOU REQUIRE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

I require at least a two week notice placed during business hours. There is a 25% rush fee on any order under two weeks. Availability is limited so it is recommended to place your order about a month in advance. 

  • DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

I require 2 dozen (24) cookies for custom orders.​

  • DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

I require payment in FULL once I send your invoice. Due to my limited availability your order will go on my calendar once the invoice has been paid. Invoices not paid within 24 hours will result in cancellation.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments are accepted through Paypal. After the designs are set for your cookies, you will receive an invoice through email. Once payment is received your cookie order will be confirmed and reserved on my calendar.

  • HOW DO YOU PACKAGE THE COOKIES?

All cookies are individually wrapped, heat sealed, and labeled with an ingredients label, then placed in a bakery box.

  • DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery is available at an additional cost depending on the distance.​

  • ARE YOU ABLE TO MAIL THE COOKIES TO ME?

​Yes! Shipping is available for an additional fee.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

​Please be aware that I am unable to cancel orders with less than 14 days notice. In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for me to offer full or partial store credit for a future purchase in the event of a cancellation. Amount of potential store credit depends on how much work has already been done on the cancelled order.
